# SRINC

Scenium Real Estate Income is an investment strategy focused on generating recurring income through exposure to real estate–related assets, including mortgages, real estate–backed instruments, and other assets collateralized by real estate.

The strategy seeks to provide periodic income distributions while maintaining a lower volatility profile compared to traditional equity-focused investments. Returns are generated from underlying cash flows associated with real estate assets rather than from price appreciation alone.

The strategy has been active since August 2023. Historical performance information, including a last twelve months (LTM) return of 12.88%, is provided for informational purposes only and does not represent a guarantee of future results.

This is not a fixed income product. Both income distributions and market value may fluctuate over time. The strategy’s objective is to maintain a relatively stable price profile while delivering variable income based on the performance of the underlying assets.

As a result, redemptions are subject to liquidity availability and are processed on a best-efforts basis. While the strategy seeks to provide ongoing liquidity, liquidity is not guaranteed.
* Price of this token will be updated monthly or quarterly according to the NAV of the charged asset, and distributions are made monthly.Settlements are made daily.
